This is the shape Komsystec (Lünen) runs. It is built in stages: you pay per stage, against the result of the previous one, not the total up front.

Multilingual onboarding videos

The training video works for the part of your crew that doesn't speak German.

A newly automated process only works if everyone understands it. We produce the onboarding and training videos for it in German, Turkish, Polish and Romanian, with the same presenter. Labelled as AI-generated, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires from 2 August 2026.

Tool-agnostic

Sometimes the right answer is something off the shelf.

For the most common finding, missed calls, off-the-shelf products exist at a monthly price. For a four-person business with an answering machine that is often enough.

If that is your case, we say so in the AI Check and you save yourself our fee. That is exactly why you can trust the recommendation when it comes out the other way.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Why are the prices on the page at all?

"Price on request" only means you have to sit through a call to find out whether you can afford it. These are the ranges we actually work with. The exact figure depends on the number of integrations and your volume, and you get it in writing before anything is commissioned.

Do I have to start at stage 0?

The first step is the free intro call for everyone, whatever stage follows. The AI Check is not an entry ticket, it is the paid phase 0 for businesses that can feel something slipping but cannot put a number on it. If you already know what hurts, start at stage 1 or 2. The check is credited against the project anyway, so it costs you nothing if you go ahead.

Can I move up later?

That is the normal path. Komsystec started with one assistant; today they run two voice assistants plus email automation wired into their pds ERP. You pay for each stage once the previous one is measurably running.

There are off-the-shelf phone assistants for a small monthly fee. Why does this cost more?

Because there you get the tool, and here you get someone who configures it, connects it to your systems and is accountable for it. For a four-person business that just wants rid of the answering machine, the off-the-shelf product is often the right answer, and we will tell you so instead of selling you a project. From stage 2 onwards we are not selling the phone anyway, we are selling the process behind it, and there is nothing off the shelf for that.

Is there a minimum term?

Ongoing packages are billed monthly with a three-month minimum term, monthly thereafter. Setup is one-off. What we built for you is yours: we document the handover to your IT, there is no subscription lock-in.

Are these net or gross prices?

All figures are net. Invoicing is by SteGra LLC and VAT liability shifts to you as the recipient under the reverse-charge procedure (§ 13b UStG in Germany). We need your VAT ID for that.
