Strategy · AI Consulting
Independent consulting for SMEs: potential assessment, workshops, guidance on the EU AI Act and GDPR. We don't sell third-party licenses, and we'll say so when AI isn't the answer.
Services
30 minutes, no slide deck: we look at your workflows together and place your case — which opportunities exist and what is feasible, even if the answer is that AI isn't worth it here. The figure worked out in full, in writing, is the AI Check that follows.
Half a day or a full day with your team: what can AI actually take on in your daily work, what can't it, and how does your team use it safely.
We clarify which regulatory obligations apply to your AI use and support the implementation, so you don't have to work through regulation texts yourself.
Positioning
We don't sell third-party software licenses and don't earn commission for any particular recommendation. Our advice is based on what actually fits your business, and we say so even when the honest answer is: "not worth it for you right now."
An assessment: which opportunities exist in your business, which of them are feasible, and what the next step would be. Not a sales pitch with slides, and explicitly including recommendations you can act on without us. What 30 minutes does not give you is the cost-benefit figure for each opportunity in writing — that is the AI Check afterwards, an hour with your real numbers that we stand behind.
Yes, 30 minutes at no cost and no obligation. For deeper analysis (e.g. multi-day process mapping) we discuss scope and price beforehand.
No. We're independent and don't sell commission-based licenses from other vendors. Our recommendation is based on what fits your business: sometimes that's a custom build, sometimes an existing tool, sometimes nothing at all.
Yes, explicitly. Part of our advisory work is telling you what to leave alone. That costs us revenue short-term, but it builds trust, and most clients come back because of it.
We come to you or meet online: first an honest look at what AI can do today and where the limits are, then hands-on exercises with real tasks from your day-to-day. The goal is practical confidence, not a buzzword talk.
The EU AI Act classifies AI applications by risk and brings obligations for certain uses, such as transparency toward end users. We assess what applies to your specific use case and build the required disclosures and processes right in.
30 minutes, free potential assessment. Afterward you'll know where AI helps your business and where it doesn't.
